Blogtoberfest Day #3: Folksy's Monthly Craft Challenge

Some of the crafters who meet daily on the Folksy Forum Craft Talk have challenged themselves to make something every month. This month it is on the theme of Halloween. I have started to make  a cushion and have added pumpkins and a broomstick so far.

Here is a photo showing the planning stage!

Blogtoberfest Day #1: How to add images to posts on Folksy Forums

This is the code

<a href=""><img height="300"
scr""></a>

You click on your photo to make it big then copy it's URL in the address bar. You then  paste it between the first set of quote marks ""

You  right click your big photo then properties or it could be options depending if you have explorer or the others.  If you have an iPad you touch the screen  there is the url address of your photo which when you click it automatically copies. You paste this between the next set of ""

Then copy all the code exactly as it is to where you want it on the forum.

This is the code for my Big Flower bag.

Three projects.

I have three items I am making at the moment.

One. A soft velvety bag made with Laura Ashley material. The velvety bag has yellow flowers and some purples and greens in the material which is so colourful! It will have a front tab design with a magnetic fastener and two shoulder straps. The green material photographed will be used in all items.

Two. A needle case will have colourful felted flowers on the front with a bright yellow and green spotty material on the inside and two pink felts stitched down the middle, making four sections.

Three. A crochet bag made with acrylic yarn in pretty ice sorbet colours will have a multicolour strap and a pretty button and loop with a green lining and pocket. This colourful bag will be just ideal to carry a few essentials while being in fashion!

These items will will be for sale at a craft fair in Mullion I will be going to at the end of September.

Grey felt shoulder bag.
Candy stripe crochet cot blanket.

You will find these two items for sale in my Folksy shop Crafty Bags.
